Bird splat ATC

Hi, I had a lovely 2:2 swap with Cindy and she wanted me to make either birds or fairies. Here is the first one I made and I love the splat stamp I have. The bird is from a lovely set by Darkroom Door and the feather from an Elusive Images set I bought recently. I shall enter this one in the challenge over at Simon says Stamp which is something with wings :)

......and I dipped the card in spritzed inks to make the background. The stamp in also from the Elusive Images set. Thanks for looking :)

Birthday bear

Hi, it's my niece's Birthday this weekend and I've made her a card in my favourite colours!! I'm sure she loves orange too :) I've used my new Martha Stewart chrysanthemum punch and I love it.

Circle Card

It's my nephew's Birthday in 3 days and as they get older it's difficult to know what to make for them :) So, prompted by the circle challenge over at The Stamp Man I made this card....

I shall enter this into the challenge :)


While I had the papers, ink and stamps out I decided to make a couple of ATCs as well for swaps.

Circles challenge

Hi again, The Stamp Man's challenge this fortnight is circles and I'm going to enter this ATC....

I love fish stamps but this one is one of Lisa's I used at one of our crafty sessions. The circles stamp is a Paper Artsy mini and I've added a little glossy accents to each one. Just noticed the camera hadn't opened properly and there's a black shadow in the top right corner. Time for a new camera I think :) Thanks for looking.

Simple Birthday card

Well, it's been ages since I added anything to my blog yet again. I've decided I must make more cards instead of ATCs all the time so I found inspiration over at Try it on Tuesday which I remember being called Tuesday Taggers :) The challenge this week is to make a minimal card and there is a prize up for grabs from One Stop Card Crafts


Here is the card I made.....

I love this rose stamp from imagination crafts and it's one I stamped up at the Docrafts meet Luffy 2011...I really do NEED this stamp (I always NEED more!!!) Luckily I had just the right shade of yellow embossing powder for the sentiment and my good friend Lisa picked me up some pearls on Friday :) Hope you like it and thanks for looking :)

ATC for a Houses swap

Hi, time to get back into making ATCs big time. I need to make loads to swap at the Luffy meet in August. Here's one I made for a Houses swap over on Docrafts.

Purple isn't the first colour I tend to go for but I enjoyed doing this one. I'm going to enter it in the new ATC challenge blog here
