Summer is on it's way...

...that's the monthly challenge over at The Artistic Stamper challenge blog :) What a great theme and such a lot to choose from...anything goes as long as you use stamps but if you use Artistic Stamper stamps you get entered into the draw twice, how good is that?

I have made this lovely card...

...and I just love the bright Summer flowers I stamped using my Marvy Le Plumes and a bit of huffing :) Hope you like it.

Card making again

Hi, I'm back to enjoying making cards and ATCs again after a long time, it's been ages since I shared anything on here with you. I'd like to show you this ATC I made and I'm going to enter it into the challenge over at Allsorts challenge blog. This weeks challenge is blue as the ocean.

I made this using a lovely Lavinia stamp and a great set of stamps by Stampin Up called pocket silhouettes. Hope you like it :)

Hi, I had fun making 2 tags and an ATC for a swap with Cindy (hope she liked them!)

The first one I made with a Tatty Button toadstool stamp and a stampscape stamp in the sky. And on this one.....

I used a Marianne Creatable butterfly die and a Memory box flower die. I randomly stamped the background with some Kars stamps and added beads. I'm going to enter this one into the challenge over at Crafts and Me - Anything Goes :)

Hi, I recently agreed to swap 2 tags and an ATC in a bid to get me crafting again (I'd stopped for ages!) and I've loved making them and it also inspired me to come back to my blog. This is the card I made to send my swaps off .....

Something sweet

Hi, just found a lovely challenge blog A little Bit Crafty and this month the challenge is Something Sweet. I'm going to enter this card I made for a very good friend of mine (who I don't see often enough anymore!!)

I sprayed the background and stamped the cupcakes and grid (this one is a stamp by Kaisercraft). The little carrot boy is a stamp by Stampotique, isn't he cute? and the cupcake is Kanban, I coloured them both with promarkers. The candle on the cake is actually another foot I added a flame to!! lol.

Another Summer Blooms

Hi, when I think of summer flowers roses always come to mind, they are so beautiful and smell lovely. Last year a friend bought me a rose bush for my Birthday and their colour is the same as the flowers in this card I've made for my sister (can't wait for them to open again this year) ....

I'm going to enter another card into the June challenge over at Stamping Sensations They have had some fabulous entries so far and the prize is brilliant :)

In the Garden

Hi, here is a card I made my mom for Mother's day (just haven't shown it here yet!) and I absolutely LOVE the magnolia stamps by Sheena Douglass.....such a gorgeous springtime flower. I scored the front of the card and stamped the flower over this line then cut round the left hand side so it would pop out. I also popped up one of the main flowers and the little ones in the corner.

I'm going to enter this card into the challenge over at Allsorts which is In The Garden :) Hope you like it.

Note book

Hi, just a little notebook I covered to pop in my bag.

It looks a lot better than the Tesco cover it had originally! I'm going to enter it into the 2nd challenge over at Crafting Musketeers, to use a stamped image. They have some beautiful cards for inspiration from the DT members :)

Son's Birthday

Hi, my son turned 10 in the week (how time flies!!) and this is the card I made him....

His favourite dog is a Husky (although he likes lots of BIG dogs) so just had to use this stamp on here. I sprayed the background and added a few Banana Frog fireworks, then stamped and paper pieced the bunting. Hope you like it :)

Little card

Hi, this is a card I made for a friend's Birthday and I'm going to enter it into the card challenge over at Little Claire's blog  the theme is OPEN so you can use any make of stamps for your entry. The daisy stamp I used here is by HobbyArt but I do love the Little Claire stamps, they stamp so beautifully and would love to be in with a chance to win some more. I'm going to do the blog hop too to give myself a better chance :) Hope you like my card. x

Birthday card

My youngest was at a Birthday party this afternoon and I made a card for her friend which I am going to enter into the monthly challenge over at the SirStampalot challenge blog. This month it is Food Glorious Food.

I was being a little lazy and didn't want to get my nesties out for the scalloped circle so put 2 flowers together using my big paper shapers punch :) Thanks for looking :)
